Warriors aren’t born they’re built. You are owed nothing. This is a fact you must accept to put the proper energy and awareness into becoming a person of purpose, value, integrity and achievement. While some may have had any easier start in life you ultimately get what you earn. Now more than ever we are faced with an important decision. 

 

A decision you must make that can set you up for success if you choose to use the proper tools at your disposal. What will you do in this new normal that we’re all living in? How will you use your time? What daily practices will you implement to survive and thrive?

 

This is why I created the Warrior Of The Mind Challenge To Strengthen Your Mental Fortitude.

 

Your life is shaped in large part by your decisions, your actions, your beliefs and values. But, how do you make better decisions, build more discipline, stay determined and cultivate more self-awareness? By incorporating tools that give you a tactical advantage with methods for practical application. 

 

Many of the challenges we face in life test our ability to handle situations and events that eventually shape our character. How we respond to unexpected events like that which we’re currently going through with COVID-19 will determine how we come out of this. While we don’t have complete control over all the circumstances we encounter how we respond to uncertainty is always within our control.

 

How can you strengthen your resolve when things get tough? It’s no easy feat to remain calm under extreme pressure. And while this might not be easy it’s necessary. As philosopher king Marcus Aurelius said:

 

“Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it, if you have to with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present.”

 

What weapons will you arm yourself with today? What actionable tools and techniques can you use for real change? This isn’t about abstract concepts or practices that don’t foster real change. To persevere, survive, flourish and succeed you must be driven, you must be determined and you must act. Completing any exercise or challenge is useless if your programming remains the same. 

 

That’s why I put together the Warrior Of The Mind Challenge series. I wanted to give you tools you can use applying ancient and modern wisdom to strengthen and empower you through each challenge that will arm you with new skills to emerge better and stronger.
